Dieser elegante G1 (die sorgfältigste aller Sortierungen) Hochland- Arabica wächst in der Sidamo- Region, einer der beliebtesten Kaffeeanbau Regionen. Die Kirschen werden selektiv von Hand geerntet und anschließend auf speziellen Plattformen gewaschen und getrocknet. Dank der Höhenlage entfalten sich hier faszinierende Aromen, die beim Pour Over besonders intensiv zur Geltung kommen. Gaumen aquaplaning für alle die es gerne fruchtig mögen!
