Aus der Region San Vito im Süden Costa Ricas, nahe der Grenze zu Panama, stammt dieser natürliche Catuai. Auf 1.600 m Höhe, inmitten der Coto-Brus-Berge, wachsen die Kaffeekirschen unter perfekten Bedingungen: kühle Nächte, warme Tage und reichlich Regen fördern eine langsame Reifung und besondere Aromatik.
In der Tasse treffen Noten von Ananas, Maracuja und tropischen Früchten auf eine lebendige Säure und eine honigsüße Länge.
